1. Introduction session to Wikimedia Projects
2. Introduction to Wikimedia commons, Contests on Wikimedia Commons and Upload Wizards
3. Introducing Quality Images, Valued Images and Featured Pictures
4. Workshop where interested photographers can upload images to commons
5. Workshop on nominating images to QIs, VIs and FPs; interactions with experienced commons users

1. 100 Good Images to Wikimedia commons
2. Functioning Commons community in Visakhapatnam, who can help us in better outreach and coverage across nearby Tribal areas

• Photography contest, where local photographers can help us in documenting Agency areas of Alluri Sitarama Raju district
• Photowalks and Meetups in Visakhapatnam, which will enrich our community in AP's largest city

≤₹25,000 which includes travel and stay for organizer; meeting room for a day where photography workshop can happen; Food and beverages for participants
