Campaign Setup

Campaign Targets	Confirm target language: See language column here
Geotargeting	Enabled/Correct countries selected
Banner selection	Have the correct banners been selected and given correct weights

Banner Implementation

Where	What	Passes QA?	Issues to fix
Banner Name	Complies with naming convention? (B12_DDMM_describer_CC_variable) variables can be: control, variable1, recurring
Banner Name	Does the banner name listed next to utm-banner match the banner name for each banner in the campaign?
Campaign Name	Is the campaign name correct on the banner settings?
Banner Settings	Is 'this is a fundraising banner' checked for each banner in the campaign?
Banner Settings	Are the options 'anonymous' and 'logged in' correctly checked for each banner in the campaign?
Banner Settings	Does the banner point towards the correct LP collection? (If pointing to chapter page; check base URL). Check for each banner in the campaign.
Banner Layout	Is the banner text correct for all banners in the campaign?
Banner Layout	Does all banner/donate button text have appropriate translations for all banners in the campaign?
Banner Layout	Is the picture used correct for all banners in the campaign?
Banner Rendering	Test each banner using: ?banner=##### If new banner; test on IE/FF/Chrome/Safari
Banner Linking	Test each banner by clicking banner and adjusting the query string for language and country

Landing Page Implementation

Appeal/title	Is the page using the correct version of the Appeal?
Appeal/title	Has letter text/title/donate template been translated? Don't forget the links at the bottom! Review for all official/most used languages in that country
Appeal	Does the letter have the correct localization for the currency?
Appeal	Are the ask strings in the appeal matching the ask strings in the form?
Donation template	Check localization (correct currency, currency code, ask strings, payment methods). Dont forget to check 'minimums' as well
Donation template	Check Payment Methods, Credit Card types: click on each one and make sure it works/translations are in place
Donation template	Does the 'Info Box' hold the correct text? Standard: Jimmy-whereyourdonation; Everyone else-whyyourdonation
Donation form	Are the personal information fields correct? Verify if new mock up is available and check translation as well. Please refer to country specific forms
Donation form	Error Checking: Check to confirm error messages are active and correct

Verify After Campaign Goes Live

Where	What	Passes QA?	Issues to fix
Banners Live	Use ?country=#### to verify that all the correct banners are live; keep refreshing until you see all.
LPs Live	Use ?country=#### to verify that the correct landing page appears on clickthrough from each banner
Banner Functionality	Using private browsing, click the X to verify that the banner closes properly for all banners in the campaign
Transactions	Make a test donation for all payment methods you can (credit card and paypal) for this campaign.
Analytics	Verify with Peter/Pats that the analytics are working/being tracked for a campaign. There may be a several hour delay for smaller countries.
OTRS	Monitor OTRS to see if any unexpected issues are coming into their queue; alert Peter, Pats or Megan if problems.
Documentation	Maintain list of common questions or issues.
