Seriuosly considering why mediawiki projects differ about harrassment
I'm contributing from years to varius wikisource projects (it, en, mul, fr...), and I never found something like harassment. Why? IMHO it's something to confirm by evidence, and if/when confirmed, to analyze.

Project idea[edit]
What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]
Some contributors feel uncomfortable into some very competitive / very fast/ very large and complex communities. It's very difficult to change such feel and it is almost impossible to change the project-specific quid that causes it.
What is your solution?[edit]
Unconfortable users should be encouraged to move into sister projects, where they perhaps could meet a much more comfortable experience.
Project goals[edit]
To build a "project environment profile" and a "contributor profile" and to try to find best match between them.
