What do we have to do for the Turkish Wikipedia?

I thought that currently Wikipedia used UTF-8?
- This information is rather outdated. Turkish Wikipedia (Vikipedi) uses UTF-8 and we have not encountered any problems so far. If UTF-8 is used here there should be no problems. tr:User:Erdal_Ronahi

Stray character?[edit]
After the words "test text" the test text itself begins with a capital "I" for no apparent reason. Does this serve a purpose, or should it be deleted? 64.31.33.154 22:38, 18 June 2019 (UTC)
