Sister Sites

One nice feature of wikis is name collision - when you try to create a page, if that page name already exists you "run into" the existing writing on that subject. SisterSites extends that feature to the entire wikisphere: a wiki chooses any number of 'sister' wikis and then each page automatically links to pages on the sister wikis which have the same name.
For example, at the bottom of the MindMap page on w:Ward's wiki - c2:MindMap - you'll see a link to the MindMap page on Meatball, one of the sister sites of Ward's wiki. If any of Ward's other sister sites added a MindMap page then a link to that page would automatically appear.
WSR 1 offers a common way for sites to publish a list of all of the page names in their database. If a MediaWiki developer implemented this it would make it very easy for other wikis to sister to Wikipedia (and to other sites running MediaWiki, once they upgrade). Anyone interested?
