No, it shouldn't. That page is ancient and based on theoretical problems with Wikiversity before Wikiversity was deployed. This petition is based on 5 years of empirical evidence of Wikiversity's flaws. Raul654 03:59, 5 April 2010 (UTC)

What is the difference with Wikibooks and Wikiversity? In the few, organized School: pages which have courses, such as School:Electrical engineering, there is a curriculum to follow. If you look at the information provided though, you'll find that it is a dumbed down version of the Wikibook on electrical engineering. The only things that aren't in the Wikibook are the exercises and quizzes. It seems to me that if we just add an active participants list in Wikibooks we are all set.--Charcoal 04:07, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
