Translations for this subpage

Hello. I noticed that this subpage is currently not translatable. Wouldn't actually hurt too much if this page could be translated, would it? Unfortunately I don't quite know how to make the page translatable, I noticed that there are some identificators or what that make the page translatable by a tool. It is possible to translate it by hand, but then the tool doesn't have any informations about translations and there is no list of translations, so unfortunately that doesn't help much.
