Linking

It would be great if someone could fix the linking on this template | [http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/ en] | [http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Special:Statistics?action=raw '''15743'''] | 73786 | [http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Special:Recentchanges 775233] | [http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Special:Listadmins 23] | [http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Special:Listusers 37368] | [http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Special:Imagelist 3]

At a minimum all wikilinks should be protocol neutral, eg. http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Special:Statistics?action=raw -> //en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Special:Statistics?action=raw

Also, there are many links used that could be simple formatting, eg. http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Special:Recentchanges -> [[q:en:RecentChanges]]
