맥락

가맹단체 조직은 7월의 이번 선거에서 후보자 풀에서 6명의 후보자를 최종 후보로 선출하기 위해 투표했습니다. 각 가맹단체는 1표를 허용했습니다. 이 선택은 단기 이양식 투표 방식을 사용했습니다. 가맹단체 기관은 가맹단체 기관이 선출하고자 하는 후보자에 대해 논의했습니다. 후보자는 후보자를 선호하는 순서대로 순위를 매겼습니다.

가맹단체 대표는 후보자가 답변할 수 있는 질문을 할 수 있었습니다. 후보자들은 6월 24일부터 답변을 게시했습니다.

이 선택 절차를 지원하기 위해, 분석 위원회가 구성되었습니다.

분석 위원회

분석 위원회는 4월 말과 5월에 가맹단체로 구성되었습다. 분석 위원회는 운동 전반에 걸친 지역의 가맹단체(모든 지부, 사용자 그룹, 주제 그룹 포함) 대표 9명으로 구성되었습니다. 다음에서 각각 하나씩:

• 중부 및 동유럽
• 동아시아, 동남아시아 및 태평양(ESEAP)
• 사하라 이남 아프리카
• 라틴 아메리카 및 카리브해
• 중동 및 북아프리카
• 북아메리카(미국 및 캐나다)
• 북유럽 및 서유럽
• 남아시아
• 그리고 주제별 가맹 단체로부터 한명이 추가됩니다.

북유럽과 서유럽, 남아시아 대표는 없었습니다.

분석 위원회 구성원을 선택하는 절차는 선거 위원회와 운동 전략 및 거버넌스 팀의 지원을 통해 가맹 단체들이 정했습니다.

분석 위원회는 이사회에서 공유하는 기술과 다양성, 형평성 및 포함 기준에 따라 후보자를 평가했습니다. 분석 위원회는 후보자를 평가하기 위해 지원서에서 후보자가 답변한 진술을 사용했습니다. 분석 위원회는 금/은/동 프레임워크로 후보자를 평가했습니다. 이 등급은 투표를 계획할 때 가맹단체 조직에 정보를 제공하는 데 사용되었습니다. 각 후보자의 평가 세부 사항은 공유되지 않습니다.

가맹단체 투표 과정에서 6명의 후보자가 선정된 후, 선정된 각 후보자의 등급은 커뮤니티 투표를 알리기 위해 게시되었습니다. 이 과정은 유용한 정보를 공유하는 것과 후보자의 불필요한 노출을 최소화하는 것 사이에서 최상의 균형을 찾는 것을 목표로 했습니다.

절차

분석위원회는 5월 말부터 6월 중순까지 일했다. 회의 및 절차에 대한 자세한 내용은 분석 위원회 토론에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

이사회 선정 태스크포스와 선거 위원회는 분석 위원회가 후보자를 평가할 평가 기준 세트를 개발했습니다. 분석 위원회 위원들은 후보자를 개별적으로 평가했습니다. 프로세스를 지원한 두 명의 운동 전략 및 거버넌스 촉진자만이 이러한 개별 점수에 접근할 수 있었습니다.

위원 결정 절차

이전 지역 프로세스와 유사하게 절차는 아래 표의 가맹단체에서 정의해야 합니다. 이 페이지는 가맹단체 조정을 지원하기 위해 만들어졌으며 공동으로 편집해야 합니다.
