Sip and Chat with the Wikimedia Foundation Trustees

Abstract/description

The proposed activity aims to take forward the interactions/discussions from the Board engagement during the ESEAP Conference 2022 and other ESEAP regional engagements. In line with the theme of the ESEAP Conference 2024 (Collaboration Beyond the Horizon) we would like to create an opportunity for Board members to meet, connect and collaborate with ESEAP movement members who are involved in various regional community activities. Additionally, this would be an opportunity for those who may have never heard of the Foundation or its Board of Trustees. The proposed session aims to be informative, fun, interactive, and humanizing.

• Increased engagement between ESEAP Communities and the activities undertaken by the Board of Trustees.
