Hi Siko. Has this idea gone ahead or is it still in planning?

Not being technical or on the IEG committee, it's hard to know what "won't scale well" (particularly as you connect this with the number of proposals needing review). Could you provide a brief example? Scaling will be the key advantage of the app, right?
