The simplest, Maksim, would be to enunciate your request following the boilerplater request above at Requests_for_bot_status#Boilerplate_template_for_bot_requests. You will notice that the local request link should not be a user talk page but on [[:xx:Project:XXXXX]] model. Typically, for Commons: Commons:Village_pump should be the place for the local request.
