Details of the proposal
Project description	This project would be about behaviors of subjects (mainspace). The slogan would be: "The free behavior directory". It can be part of Wikimedia because it is informational. It would help people who need to write about behavior-related events. This should be separate from Wikipedia to categorize content, like how Wikispecies separates species-related content from Wikipedia. BLPs still may not be intended to threaten their subjects.

Technical requirements
New features to require	Module and Module talk namespaces 'Timeline' & 'Timeline talk' namespaces. The 'Timeline' namespace would show the timeline of a subject's behavior. The Mainspace top would be: Main Talk Timeline New Groups: Uploader, Timeline editor, Mover, Import uploaders, File mover, Importers, Reviewers Only Administrators, Import uploaders, Timeline editors, and Uploaders can upload files. Only Administrators, Bots, File movers, Import uploaders, Movers, and Timeline editors can move pages. Only Administrators, File movers, and Timeline editors can move files. Only Administrators, Import uploaders, and Importers can import pages. Only Administrators and Import uploaders can import pages from uploads. Only Administrators and Reviewers can review edits, new pages, and new files. When they visit a page, they automatically review all pending revisions. Pending revisions are not shown to anonymous users. List of groups: Users Autoconfirmed users Extended-confirmed users Bots Timeline editors Movers File movers Uploaders Importers Import uploaders Reviewers This role can be gained by all of the following: 500 edits 300 edits to mainspace 30 unique pages edited 18 unique mainspace pages edited being on Wikihavior for 6 months no blocks for 3 months prior to meeting the other conditions Template editors Administrators Bureaucrats Check users Stewards (global) Actual list of protection levels for pages: Allow all users Allow only autoconfirmed users Allow only extended confirmed users Allow Timeline editors and Administrators Allow only Reviewers and Administrators Allow Template editors and Administrators Allow only Administrators

•  Oppose Proposal creator hasn’t provided any coherent explanation of what this is, who it would help, and why. •  Oppose potential BLP problems make such a project untenable IMO. Interpretation of behaviour of living people is bound to raise significant problems associated with verifiability, original research and BLP. •  Oppose By making wiki style judgement on individual and share such judgement across internet, individual users risk being influenced, losing their ability to make proper independent judgement on different events and losing their critical thinking skill, and thus is ultimately against WMF's purpose.   It is about behaviors of subjects. We can extract behavior-specific information from Wikipedia and put them as subpages of wikispore:Wikihavior. Faster than Thunder (talk) 01:13, 31 March 2022 (UTC)

  and how the hell is it:

  a) just an insane project just to bypass BLP policies

  b) not going to be a "duplicate" of Wikipedia

  c) the least important of them all, not going to attract a debacle on how to spell behavio(u)r?
