Wikimedia Botswana Palapye Outreach
The Wikimedia Community User Group Botswana partnered with BIUST Library and Palapye Public Library to organize a workshop focused on translating articles from Setswana to English. This initiative served as part of Wikimedia Botswana's outreach efforts, aiming to foster connections with potential collaborators who could offer venues and internet services to facilitate future training sessions. The event garnered significant interest, drawing a considerable number of participants, and received support from the Director of BIUST Library, making it a successful and meaningful endeavor.
