Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2024/Venue
Venue[edit]
The Wikimedia CEE Meeting 2024 will take place at Müze Gazhane, located at the heart of Kadıköy neighborhood on the Asian side of Istanbul. Gazhane (the gashouse), originally built in 1892 as an industrial building producing gas for the city, now serves as a community space providing a venue for cultural events, meetings and festivals.
The venue, covering an area of 31,500 square meters in total, includes libraries, exhibition centers, theatre halls, a climate and cartoon museum, coffee houses.

Accomodation[edit]
The scholarship recipients of the conference will be accommodated at Holiday Inn İstanbul Kadıköy. Self-funded participants could also stay at the hotel. Please make sure that you tell the hotel that you are Wikimedia CEE meeting participants. Please also find some alternative hotels below.
